Return and Exchange Policy

At AIMA, our top priority is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help through our return process.

Below you will find all the relevant information.

Exchange and Return Period:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges:

We do not charge any additional fee for exchanges (these terms do not apply to returns).

To process an exchange, the customer only needs to send the item back to us for inspection and subsequent replacement.

To make an exchange, the customer must place a new order with the correct size.

Refunds:

Once we receive and process your return, we will contact you to confirm that we have received the item and that the refund is being issued.

Please note that the refund will be subject to a return handling fee.

The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Free Shipping and Returns:

For orders that qualified for free shipping by reaching the minimum required amount, if the customer makes a partial or full return that reduces the final order value below that minimum, the standard shipping cost applicable to the original order will be deducted from the refund, according to the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Free shipping will therefore only remain valid if, after the return (partial or full), the total order value still meets the minimum requirement for free shipping.

Additionally, unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
