Cancellation Policy

At AIMA, we do not offer products through subscription or recurring purchase options. All purchases made on our website are one-time transactions.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If the customer wishes to cancel their purchase, it must be handled as a return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.

AIMA reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a clear error, stock issues, technical incidents, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
